Our goal and desire is to have the products you purchase from us fulfill all conditions regarding their quality and functionality. In case you have, however, received damaged or wrong products, please submit a complaint and return the products according to the instructions. The reclamation rights are regulated by law - to learn more about this, see the Terms of Purchase. In order for us to process your complaint faster and as efficiently as possible, please fill out the RMA form, where you can see the details about the complaint process. When dealing with complaints, we are guided by your wishes, in accordance with the rights and obligations regulated by the law in effect. If you are not completely satisfied with the product or simply do not want it anymore, you have the right to cancel your order. You have 14 days (from the day you received the product) to test its functions and make sure that it meets all of your needs. *(If you have, on the other hand, used the product to a greater extent than needed in order to determine its functions and characteristics, we reserve the right to reduce your refund amount in proportion to the damage and use of the product) If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days after receiving the product (via an online form, chat, email, phone or a standard form that you received along with the Terms of Purchase), before the withdrawal period expires. You will then send the product back without undue delay, and we will, upon receiving it, and not later than 14 days, send you your money back / exchange the product for another one.
