  2. Order and pay for the reparation on our webpage. After you do that, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number, which should be enclosed with the package.
  3. Pack your device responsibly, and send it to the following address:

    We recommend that you send your device as a package, in order for the package content to be secured by the freight provider.
  4. When your device is ready, it will be sent to your address using the shipment method you chose. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track the shipment when your package is dispatched.

NB: Do not send additional accessories, such as chargers, SD cards, or SIM cards with your device. Before sending your device, it is recommended that you back up the data on your device.
