You need to receive the RMA number before you can return your goods. You can obtain that number by completing the form below. Upon completion the number will be sent to your e-mail.
Be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with that number. We recommend that you use a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged or lost in transit.
Make sure to include a thorough description of the fault. If a description of the fault is inadequate, it could prolong the processing time. "Defective", "doesn't work", "dead", etc. are not acceptable as thorough fault descriptions.
