WITHDRAWAL FORM

You have 30 days to to withdraw from contract when you purchase a product from MyTrendyPhone.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day you have received your product.
If your order contains multiple items, the deadline moves to when you receive the last item.
For further information regarding your return, look under Return Policy!

If you decide to return the product or exchange, please do the following:
1) Fill out the form below and get an RMA NUMBER
2) Apply the RMA number outside of the return shipment
3) Send the shipment back to our address *
4) We will process your claim within 3-7 working days after receiving

* Please note: if you decide to return a phone, make sure that it is reset to factory settings first. Don't forget to take out SIM and memory cards. In case you need to send back an Apple device, make sure that the iCloud account is erased. Also, remember to put in the IMEI number. This will make the processing of your request much faster.
