HOW TO SEND YOUR DEVICE FOR A REPAIR

1. Find the reparation that you want on our webpage. If you are not sure what is wrong with your device, you can have our experts diagnose the problem for you.
2. Order and pay for the reparation on our webpage. After you do that, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number, which should be enclosed with the package.
3. Pack your device responsibly, and send it to the following address:

4. We recommend that you send your device as a package, in order for the package content to be secured by the freight provider. When your device is ready, it will be sent to your address using the shipment method you chose. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track the shipment when your package is dispatched.

NB: Do not send additional accessories, such as chargers, SD cards, or SIM cards with your device. Before sending your device, it is recommended that you back up the data on your device.

MyTrendyPhone offers you two shipping preferences in case you need to receive some of our products sooner than others, therefore while making your order you can choose one of these shipping preferences:

1) Group my items into as few shipments as possible
This option is better solution if you are trying to keep shipping costs down. This means that we will group our products into the fewest shipments possible. There is a chance of waiting a bit longer for your order to ship, and this depends on the availability of the products you're purchasing, but this option will save you money on shipping.

2) I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)
Choosing this option will allow you to receive our products as soon as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. Per-shipment fee will be charged for each shipment, but you will get the products you ordered sooner than you would if you chose the previous option. If possible, we will group products where it makes sense to do so.
