Your Sony Xperia Z3 looks like in the picture? If the Touchscreen doesn't react or it is badly damaged and the LCD screen displays unusual artefacts or doesn't work at all, than your device needs a LCD and Touch Screen repair.

NOTE: If the frame is bended or damaged, this repair cannot be done.

Not so fast, but still professional

When I called up the customer service department, I was greeted very politely and told that I'd have to wait a bit longer and that they were sorry. Really appreciated that.

Terrible service, extortion

Worst online experience ever. Trendy phone lied about damage to my phone to get more money and couldn't didn't justify why there was a demand for extra cash.Communication and customer service was shocking
