How Does Ordering a Phone Repair Work?

Our “Repairs” category is located in the left sidebar on our front page. After clicking on it, another page with various phone brands will open up on your screen – this is where you are right now. To see exactly which devices we offer repairs for, click on any of the brands that you see before you: Apple, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, LG, etc. To search for a specific repair, type in your phone model into the quick search field at the top of the page.

When you get to the repair page for your mobile phone, the next step is finding what needs to be fixed: LCD, touch screen, home button, etc. Check whether the price of the repair works for you, and if you are satisfied, click on “Add to Basket”. Next, enter your personal information, and then select the payment and shipping methods. Finally, you will get an order number which you need to send along with the device you want us to repair. That's all there is to it!

We get a number of repair orders on a daily basis, and over the years, we've noticed that the most common type of damage is definitely water damage. Believe it or not, it's really easy to drop your phone into a pool, the sea, your bathtub, or even the toilet.
